Ivana Tomić Blečić
Ivana Tomić Blečić, a Bachelor of Engineering, graduated from the Faculty of Organisational Sciences of Belgrade University, a Master of Science in Economics, a volleyball player and mountaineer.
She gained practical experience in various managerial positions in domestic and international companies. Over the last fifteen years she has been successfully leading teams, inspired by the idea that it is possible to achieve top results, and to be and remain human among people. She is a certified International NLP trainer (Fellow Member Trainer of IANLP) and a certified international trainer and coach according to the PCM methodology. She is an international trainer and facilitator according to the Point of You methodology and a licensed mediator for peaceful out-of-court dispute resolution. She is a part-time lecturer at the Mokra Gora School of Management and an expert in communication and personal development training. She organises both certified and accredited NLP education programmes. She sets and achieves challenging business goals through individual business coaching with her clients.
She has held training courses in Belgrade, Niš, Banja Luka, Podgorica, Tivat and Vienna. She lives and works in Belgrade. She is the mother of two boys, Filip and Andrija.
